Introducing Spencer Technologies
For more than 50 years, Spencer Technologies has helped some of the world's most recognized retail, restaurant, hospitality, convenience, and multi-site brands plan, deploy, support, maintain, and modernize the technology that keeps their businesses running. What began as a trusted infrastructure contractor has evolved into a global technology solutions and managed services partner capable of supporting every stage of the technology lifecycle.
From strategic planning and product sourcing to deployment, ongoing support, refresh, and retirement, Spencer helps to optimize end to end technology outcomes.
Founded in 1972 and headquartered in Medway, Massachusetts, Spencer has continually expanded its capabilities to meet the changing needs of enterprise customers. Today, our teams combine deep technical expertise with disciplined program management, intelligent logistics, AI-enabled operational workflows, and a worldwide field service network to deliver predictable outcomes at enterprise scale.
Whether supporting a single pilot or coordinating thousands of locations across multiple countries, we help organizations move faster, reduce operational complexity, and maximize the value of their technology investments.
Built to Grow Alongside Our Customers
Spencer Technologies has never stood still - We've continually expanded our capabilities to help customers navigate an ever-changing technology landscape all while growing from our roots in structured cabling into a global provider of deployment, logistics, field services, managed services, and technology lifecycle solutions.
Our growth has been intentional. We've invested in new expertise, expanded into new markets, strengthened our operations through strategic acquisitions, and built the infrastructure needed to support enterprise customers wherever they operate. Today, Spencer serves clients from three national locations, operates over 155,000 square feet of warehouse and operations space, and completes more than 500 service events every day.
While technology continues to evolve, one thing has remained constant: our belief that long-term partnerships are earned through reliable execution, operational excellence, and a commitment to helping customers succeed—not just on their next project, but throughout the entire lifecycle of their technology.
BY THE NUMBERS
Spencer’s Philosophy Statement
Spencer Technologies believes the role of technology is to complement every business objective and customer experience by reducing friction, accelerating work, and delivering better information where and when it is needed. Technology creates lasting value only when it is thoughtfully integrated into the way people work, decisions are made, and customers are served. The objective is not to deploy more technology, but rather to help organizations perform better because of it.
